this game is not going in the direction i had hoped - i should have cheered for Green Bay - truth is, i'm fickle when it comes to the NFL. I tend to cheer for the QB rather than the actual team. Therefore Favre before he was a douche, Ben Rothlesberger before he was a douche. I prefer Michael Vick to both now (not sure what that says about me) and Mark Sanchez is hot both on the field and in looks and well, Payton...

all told - this is a much better Superbowl Sunday seeing as I'm not barfing taco into Nate's potty. I don't think i'll ever forget that.
not a bad weekend. Saturday was beautiful and the kids and I went sliding and to the park for a bit. Today we went to church and I've been trying to clean the house.
the dishes are never ending! Tuesday (aka, the day the dishwasher gets fixed...hopefully) cannot come soon enough.
I must confess I'm much the same. Although occasionally I will like a defence or a receiver. Although I always have a bit of a soft spot for Green Bay as they are community owned etc.
ReplyDeleteI think for me everything for the next while will be "the first", ie the first Superbowl Sunday alone, etc. That being said once dude finally left I did enjoy the game.
